4. Payment Terms
We accept payment by credit card and other methods shown at checkout.
Some offers may have installment plans—details will be provided before purchase.
Full payment must be made as scheduled, even if you choose not to complete a program or package.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital products and coaching services are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a group or 1:1 coaching package before completion, no partial refund is given.
Exceptions may be considered at our discretion—contact us directly if you have extenuating circumstances.

8. Media Release (Testimonials & Recordings)
If you share feedback, testimonials, or participate in recorded sessions, you grant Amy Ree Coaching the right to use your words, images, or videos for marketing and education, unless you request otherwise in writing.
We respect your privacy and will honor any request not to share your material.
9. Confidentiality
We keep all personal information and session content private, unless required by law or with your written consent.
Please respect the privacy of other group participants as well.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Amy Ree Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for services or products in the twelve months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amy Ree Coaching from any claims, damages, or expenses that result from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, not in court or as part of a class action.
